Frank Loyd Wright's first house/ Day Trip.
It's not often that the sun shows it's beautiful face here in Chicagoland, but when it does come out it is amazing. So, you have to always take advantage of the fact that you prob won't see it again for like a week or two. The sun was out yesterday and figure what a perfect day to go explore Some more.
Read about Frank Loyd Wright and how his first house in here in Oak Park. We jumped on the green line and headed towards Harlem. Let me just say that the name is a bit deceptive. The Harlem area here unlike in New York, is beautiful. It's full of amazing houses and tons of people. It's not quite a suberb but more it's own like clean city.
We walked down forest ave and right away were blown away by the architecture that surrounded us and the street. Unfortuntley we were not allowed to take pictures inside but let me assure you, if you ever get the chance go see this house. Frank Loyd Wright had a very unique vision and take on life and it shows in his designs an houses. Above are some of the houses he designed, as always pictures do not do it justice.
